A thank you message from Father Damo, Parish Priest of Knach Romeas, one of the villages receiving food aid from the Support Cambodia ‘Food for Families’ Appeal.:
“On August 18, 2025, there are 24 families come from the villages around Divine Mercy Catholic Church Khnach Romeas. They received a little gift sponsored by Support Cambodia! These families are all the families of the Cambodian migrant workers in Thailand who had recently returned home due to the conflict. They have no jobs yet; thus, they are really in dire need of food for their families while they are looking for a new job in Cambodia. Thanks again, Support Cambodia; particularly, thanks to Katie Maidment for her prompt reply to the request from the parish.”
Father Damo begins the distribution of aid. He says ” we will continue to use the money when there are more families come, until it is exhausted”.
