Aside from Support Cambodia-funded aid being distributed in the villages of Tampoung and Knach Romeas, help is being given further afield.
Dr Chamrom [pictured with 25kilos of rice!] and her team from the Prefecture, including Spanish volunteer Doctor Clara, have made the 3 hour road trip from Battambang to Samrong City in Oddar Meanchey Province where many families are sheltering, still unable to return to their homes. In collaboration with the local authorities, food packs and essential medication were distributed and medical checks carried out.

I would like to sincerely express my deep gratitude for your support and generosity in helping our people here.
Today [Saturday], we travelled [sic] to Oddar Meanchey Province and were able to bring food and medication to around 100 families.
Each family received:
25 kg of rice,0.5 kg of dried fish, soy sauce and fish sauce, canned tuna, noodles, soap, and basic medication.
Your kindness has made a real difference in their lives, bringing not only food and care but also hope. Thank you once again for your continued support and compassion for our people.
