THE SUPPORTERS
Anyone interested in following the work of the charity is invited to become a “SUPPORTER” by joining our Mail List and receive our newsletter [Mango] in March, July and November plus Updates as necessary. All our communications are sent by email direct to your Inbox – paper copies are available on request [but please only request paper copies if you don’t use email).
WHAT CAN “SUPPORTERS” DO TO HELP?
- promote awareness of Support Cambodia’s work
- attend Events and/or raising funds where possible
- keep up with our news through “Mango” and “Mango Updates”
- those who do social media are encouraged to follow the charity on Facebook or WhatsApp, sharing our posts to friends and family.
Our Business Supporters
“No administration costs from charitable donations” has been a principle of the charity right from the beginning so every penny you give really does go directly to the projects. Trustee visits to Cambodia are not paid for by the charity.
In order to cover essential costs [public liability, bank charges etc] our Administration Sponsors contribute a small sum to cover these in return for advertising. This kind of contribution is just as important as donating directly to a project because it not only enables the charity to continue operating but also reassures the public that every penny they give actually reaches those who need it.
Please Note: Administration Sponsors are reviewed annually in the autumn. New Sponsors and private contributions to the Administration Fund are always welcome.
